Product Principle
Below the critical temperature (-31.1 degrees Celsius), Co2 is in the state of liquid Co2. When the temperature gets higher, it will become gas and its volume will expand. The Co2 rock breaking system takes advantage of this feature. During on-site construction, put rock breaking steel pipes into the pre-drilled holes. After starting initiator, liquid Co2 will vaporize at once and its valume will expand 600 times. Hence, strong energy is released in confined space,which will burst sealing gasket at the end of vent head, releasing strong stress wave to breaking up surrounding rocks.
