A 1.2 million tons per annum high-gas coal mine faced long-standing mining difficulties, as its coal seams were widely interspersed with high-hardness gangue.

Through in-depth consultation, we identified the customer’s 4 core pain points:
1)Coal shearer picks wore out and were scrapped in just 3-5 days when cutting gangue, resulting in over ¥50,000 monthly consumable costs and severe capacity losses from frequent shutdowns;
2)Blasting was strictly prohibited in core high-gas mine areas, with a cumbersome approval process and fatal safety risks;
3)Manual pneumatic pick operation had extremely low efficiency (less than 10m³ daily output), with high risks of flying rock injuries and gas detonation from sparks;
4)Large roadheaders and crushers had excessive dead weight, easily damaged roadway floors, failed underground explosion-proof requirements, and could not operate in narrow spaces.

 

Focused on the customer’s core demands of “safety and compliance as the bottom line, efficiency and cost control as the core”, our team co-developed a targeted solution with the customer’s technical team: 4 sets of DL450 hydraulic rock splitters paired with a coal mine-specific explosion-proof hydraulic power station, standardized operation workflow, pre-drilling with hand-held drills (50mm hole diameter, 40cm hole spacing), plus full operator training and on-site technical support.

The solution delivered results far beyond the customer’s expectations:
1)Stable 100 cubic meters of daily gangue breaking capacity, with a 65% increase in working face advance rate;
2)90% reduction in coal shearer pick consumable costs, 18,000 tons of monthly capacity increase, and over ¥1.2 million in additional monthly revenue;
3)Pure hydraulic static drive, no sparks or static electricity during operation, 100% compliant with high-gas coal mine safety regulations, and zero safety accidents.
